GB 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV Heat Treatments
- Annealed: 780-850°C, air cooled
- Tempered at 990-1010°C, air-cooled at 730-750°C; Quenched and tempered (1): Heated at 1000-1020°C air quenched and tempered 660-710°C, air-cooled; Quenched and tempered (2): Heated at 1000-1020°C air quenched and tempered 540-600°C, air-cooled; Heat treatment 1: Normalized at 1000°C. Tempered at 680°C. Heat treated at 1000°C, oil quenched. Tempered at 570°C. Heat treatment 2: Normalized at 1000°C. Tempered at 680°C. Heat treated at 1000°C, oil quenched. Tempered at 680°C. Heat treatment 3: Normalized at 1000°C. Heat treated at 730 - 750°C, holding not less than 2h, air cooled. Heat treatment 4: Normalized at 1000°C. Heat treated at 620 - 680°C, air cooled. Heat treatment 5: Normalized at 1000°C. Heat treated at 530 - 580°C, air cooled. Heat treatment 6: Heat treated at 1000°C, oil quenched. Heat treated at 580°C, air cooled.
