CSN 42 2917 Heat Treatments

  • Soft annealing at 770 to 800°C, cooling in furnace; Homogenization annealing at 1020 to 1050°C, cooling in air to 200°C; Hardening at 910 to 950°C, cooling in oil or air to 200°C; Tempering at 690 to 750°C, cooling in air; Annealing to lower tension at 670 to 730°C, cooling in air.
