  • Forging at 1150 to 820°C, cooling slowly in ash;
    Normalizing at 850 to 880°C, cooling in air;
    Hardening at 810 to 850°C, cooling in oil;
    Tempering at 470 to 550, cooling in water or large forgings in oil or at 550 to 750°C, cooling in oil;
    Soft annealing at 700 to 750°C, cooling in furnace;
