Heat Treatments

  • Rolling, bending, forging at 1100 to 840°C, cooling slowly. <br> Normalizing at 850 to 890°C, cooling slowly in air.<br> Soft annealing at 710 to 750°C, delay at temperature for about 4 h, slowly cooling in the furnace. <br> Hardening at 840 to 880°C, cooling in oil. <br> Tempering at 380 to 580°C, cooling in air. <br>
