B.S. ANC 20 Grade B Heat Treatments
- I) Solution treatment-Heating (cooling in air):1020-1180 C (min.1 hour); II) Precipitation treatment-Heating (cooling in air): 450-520 C (max. 4 hours); Heating (cooling in air): 520-620 C (min. 2 hours); Comment: Alternatively, the intermediate precipitation treatment of 800-850 C may be omitted.
