GOST D 27-24 Isıl İşlem

  • Mode 1: For strips of Epstein samples from a heat-treated tape 0.10 mm thick - heating to a temperature of 750°C - 850°C with holding at this temperature from 1 to 4 hours in a non-oxidizing atmosphere (hydrogen, neutral gas vacuum with a residual pressure not higher 13 Pa). With cooling at a rate of no more than 200°C / h to a temperature of 300°C.

    Mode 2: For strips of Epstein samples from a heat-treated tape with a thickness of 0.18 to 0.35 mm inclusive - heating to a temperature of 750°C - 950°C with exposure at this temperature for 2 hours in a non-oxidizing atmosphere (hydrogen neutral gas, vacuum with a residual pressure not higher 13 Pa). With cooling to a temperature of 200°C (with an oven).

    Samples of cold-worked isotropic steel, supplied without heat treatment in accordance with the order, before determining the magnetic properties are subjected to certification annealing for magnetic properties according to the following recommended mode:
    a) temperature regime: heating to a temperature of 790°C - 830°C at a speed of no more than 200°C / h exposure for 2 hours cooling from the annealing temperature to a temperature of 550°C at a rate of no more than 120°C / h.
    b) Gas mode: decarburizing nitrogen-hydrogen atmosphere with a volume fraction of hydrogen from 5% to 20% with a humidity dew point from a temperature of 18°С to 22°С. The consumption and pressure of the can mixture should ensure uniform decarburization of the rolled strips. For uniform decarburization, strips of rolled stock are stacked, while the strips should not have contact with each other (for example, by laying thin wire between the strips).
