Heat Treatments
- Castings shall be annealed by heating to 872-925°C and holding for a minimum of one hour plus one hour per 25 mm of section thickness using maximum section thickness. Castings shall be funace cooled to 560°C at a rate not to exceed 45°C per hour, then air cooled at room temperature.
