Heat Treatments
- Annealed (+A): 650-720°C Normalized (+N): 850-890°C Austenitized: 830-870°C Tempered: 540-680°C
- Annealing at 680-720°C; Normalizing at 850-890°C; Hardening in polymer or water at 840-870°C (the samples can be quenched qualifying it from any polymer, provided the cooling rate does not exceed 50% of the rate of cooling in water at 20°C. After remission of cooling air) and in oil at 850-880°C; Tempering for Q+T1 at 550-630°C, for Q+T2 at 560-640°C, for Q+T3 at 570-650°C and for Q+T4 at 580-660°C.
