Heat Treatments

  • <b>Quenched</b> at ≤ 950°C <br /> <b>Tempered</b> at 620-650°C <br /> <b>Stress relief annealed</b> at ≥ 590°C. This temperature must be at least 30°C below the tempering temperature and must not be below the specified minimum value
  • Air Quenched and Tempered Hardening: 880-950°C; Tempering: 600-650°C Liquid Quenched and Tempered (I) Hardening: 880-950°C; Tempering: 600-650°C Liquid Quenched and Tempered (II) Hardening: 880-950°C; Tempering: 530-580°C
